in early 17th century.kangra style of miniature paintings are some of the most beautifull paintinds done in a classical way.paiters
of kangra style paited mostly on jaideve's geet govind and srimad bhagwat .on miniature they use to put texts in very fashionable
style.when i first painted my first kangra style painting it was an exotic experience which always influenced me .some of
its elements like soothing colours ,bounty of nature,use of gold,drawings,dalicate flowing lines are very expressive.many
modern painters have used these elements very skillfully. some of mu contemporary paintings also incapsulates these elements.
